Am I buying a print or an original?

Each listing specifies whether the product is hand-painted or printed! The majority of items are printed, all designs are original!

Where do I submit my reference photos for custom work?

If you place an order for custom work, please include your email in the form on your checkout tab! I will reach out via email to receive your photos. If you do not receive an email, contact heryellowcompany@gmail.com.

How long does it take to ship an order once it is placed?

Orders are painted in the order that they are received! You can expect your project to be completed in 7-10 days. Because each item is hand painted, this varies depending on the amount of open orders! Customized paintings may take a few extra days to perfect!

SHIPPING: Once I finish painting your project, you will receive a shipping notification that your shipping label was created. After you receive this, you will be able to track your package. Once dropped off at USPS, shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

LOCAL PICKUP/PORCH DELIVERY: Local pickup/deliveries are typically delivered within the week depending on location. Because you are not paying for shipping, I do not need to create a shipping label, which delays your notification process. You will be notified with an email once your order is delivered!
